I was recently invited by film director, Jennifer Fox, to co-host a screening of her latest film called “My Reincarnation”. The audience asked some great questions at the post-screening discussion with co-host Naomi Zeitz. We talked about similarities and differences between Buddhism and Judaism. Both perspectives agree that only consciousness exists in the universe, but there is a big difference in their belief systems of how it exists. Also, both views consider that each individual has the potential to reach the deep nature of consciousness from within one’s own self. Some of the discussion can be seen in the short video in the post above and at www.facebook.com/myraestelle.
My book, “Awakening Love: A Spiritual Quest Into Judaism,” explores the deep spiritual process of life, and reveals the loving guidance to be found in Judaism. Each chapter gives nurturance and support for a journey toward inner peace. It’s available in ebook from all major distributors*, and in paperback from www.myraestelle.com.
